To use this service, you’ll need to ship your Harmonic, Hang, or Handpan to our workshop in Colombia. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send you the shipping address along with detailed packaging and shipping instructions.

You are responsible for shipping your instrument to our facility in Medellín, Colombia.
Domestic (Colombia): Return shipping is free.
International (outside Colombia): An additional $500 USD fee for transport and handling will apply after the service is completed.
